# Infusion of Herbs and Flowers
*Natural preparation based on officinal plants*
Ingredients: Chamomile flowers, Linden flowers, Melissa leaves, Lavender flowers, Passionflower herb, Lemon balm leaves.
**Preparation:** Pour hot water (about 80°C) over a teaspoon of the mixture and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Filter and drink.
**Storage:** Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
**Recommended use:** 1-2 cups per day, preferably in the evening before bed.
**Warnings:** Not recommended for pregnant and nursing women. In case of allergies to one or more ingredients, do not use. Keep out of reach of children.
