Shipping Policy

Aperigusto by CrackersCompany ships its premium snacks directly from its operating location in Fellbach (Germany) to hotels, restaurants, bars and catering businesses throughout Italy.

Delivery area

We deliver throughout Italy, including Sardinia and Sicily.

Shipping rates

Our shipping rates are simple and transparent:

Mainland Italy

Islands (Sicily and Sardinia)

For the islands, due to higher logistics costs, we apply a rate based on the shipment weight:

Carrier and tracking

All shipments are entrusted to DPD / BRT or partner freight forwarders for large volumes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Germany, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can follow the shipment to your premises.

Large orders and pallets

For particularly large orders (pallet shipments), transit times may vary slightly. In these cases, our customer service team will contact you to coordinate delivery.

Damage during transport

When receiving the goods, please carefully check the integrity of the packages. In the event of evident damage to the packaging, please accept the goods subject to reservation and contact us within 48 hours at info@aperigusto.com, attaching photos of the damage.
