# Bialetti Moka Express 6 cups

The Moka Express is composed of three parts:
- Lower chamber: fills with water up to the safety valve
- Filter basket: fills with finely ground coffee
- Upper chamber: where the coffee collects
How to use it:
1. Fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve
2. Fill the filter basket with finely ground coffee, leveling it off without pressing
3. Screw the upper chamber onto the lower chamber
4. Place on the stove over medium heat
5. When you hear a gurgling sound, remove from heat
6. Pour the coffee into cups and serve
