For the aperitivo, our flagship item is Mandorle Affumicate: roasted and salted almonds with an intense smoky aroma, crunchy and with a traditional profile. The roasting preserves the natural flavour of the almond and the smoking adds depth without masking it. They pair well with vermouth, wine and cocktails and work as a hotel snack or a catering nibble.
